Slow me down routine(Dance portion)

I apologize that this isn't very detailed, or does it include counts, but it's the best I could do in the time I had because I had to work.
Dance Portion

Right arm swings over & slight lunge to the left.  Left arm swings over & slight lunge to the right. Key-hole jump to the left(right leg & arm up), weight on right foot & replace left foot to prep for “over the log” jump. After jump pause for one count, swing both arms to right, up and around while taking two large steps(1 RT, 1 LT) then two small steps(1 RT, 1 LT).  Slow “run” down to lunge & then roll over, ending with left leg extended and right leg in. Reach towards foot, bring hands up past head, the backwards summersault. Extend arms back in a circle(RT then LT) ending with hands on head, phase for sec. Roll to ground on left hip, up on left knee, reach up, fold down, grab flag, stand.
