Breakfast at Charly's

We will be having an "opening social" Nov 17, 2012 7:00-8:30am at Charly's house.
Numbers are total for the week(some don't divide into 3 evenly)Flag basics: 15 min
Routine: 10min (stretch rounitne, 2 days)
Across-the-floors: 15 min
Plank: 54 counts

Push-ups: 50
Tri-Push-ups: 4
Fifer Scissors: 60
Mason Twists: 90
Lunges(total, not sets): 90, in other words 45 sets

Important Note:
If you attendended the clinic you can use the time there as homework time.
First hour of dance=one day or excercises(lunges, mason twist, plank, etc)
Second hour= routine time for the week & two days across the floors
You can use each hour of the clinic you can use for a day of flag basics. (If you attened two hours you get credit for two days, if you attended one hour, you get credit for one day).

UWGA Fall 2012 Student Clinic

When: Nov 10(Saturday): 10 am-3 pm, with a break for lunch from pm to 1 pm
Where: Davis High School-Remember to meet on the SOUTH side, do NOT go through the school.
Cost: $5
What to wear: a CJH related shirt, comfortable shorts/pants that you can move in (no jean, jegging etc.),  and your hair pulled back
What to bring: Your purple flag, gloves, $5 for registration, a water bottle/jug, your own lunch/snacks, and a great attitude!

REMEMBER: We are meeting on the SOUTH side of the school by 9:50, if you want to meet earlier to go over routines from Friday contact Charly or one of the captains.
