not sets): 90, in other words 45 sets
Important Note:
If you attendended the clinic you can use the time there as homework time.
First hour of dance=one day or excercises(lunges, mason twist, plank, etc)
Second hour= routine time for the week & two days across the floors
You can use each hour of the clinic you can use for a day of flag basics. (If you attened two hours you get credit for two days, if you attended one hour, you get credit for one day).
